T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu verilere g\u00f6re art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131 t\u00fcketici fiyat endeksine endeksli olarak y\u00fczde 65.7 oran\u0131nda gayrimenkullerin tamam\u0131nda hem ticarilerde hem konutlarda art\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z konusu. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z 1 Temmuz 2024&#8217;e kadar konutlarda y\u00fczde 25 uygulamas\u0131na uyuyorlard\u0131. Tabii baz\u0131 ev sahipleri buna itiraz etmelerinden dolay\u0131 kirac\u0131larla s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fme ya\u015famamak i\u00e7in anla\u015farak, helalle\u015ferek ortak nokta bulup orta de\u011ferden g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re kiralar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demeye devam ediyorlard\u0131. Fakat 1 Temmuz&#8217;dan itibaren y\u00fczde 25&#8217;li art\u0131\u015fa son verilmesinden dolay\u0131 \u015fu anda T\u00dc\u0130K&#8217;in hesaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rakamlara g\u00f6re, kira art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. Anla\u015fma yap\u0131lamayan kirac\u0131 ve ev sahibi aras\u0131ndaki uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar da arabulucuya gidecek. Kirac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z duyarl\u0131 olacaklar, bir taraftan da ev sahipleri anlay\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek ortak noktada bulu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 biz tavsiye ediyoruz. Kavgayla, g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcyle bir yere var\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hepimiz biliyoruz.
